Sunrise Gardens is a project launched by Sri Aditya Landscaping India Pvt. Ltd.
This app has a unique customized feature that enables viewers, who are interested in buying layouts to view the availability status of layouts. The viewers can view whether the layout is either sold or available. This helps the realtors, real estate clients and customers who are in race to book layouts in regions where layouts are sold like hot cakes.
The app offers notifications which display day to day layout sale status; viewers can also view layouts with and live images.
